| I've been coming to this store for almost three years because it's close to my home, but recently the behaviour from Jada has really disappointed me. She has been rude and disrespectful, and at times it feels like I'm being made fun of. It almost seems like no one is supervising, and customers are left to feel humiliated, as if the staff is doing us a favour instead of serving us.
I've always been a loyal customer, and I don't want any problems I just believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect. If possible, please remind the staff to be kind and professional. Otherwise, more customers will end up feeling the same way I did, and that's not good for anyone.
