| Normally I like this place but today changed. We had their team member with the dreds try and help us, they started by interrogating us at the door for ID, then after grabbing our product she ran to the door to check several others IDs and spent a good couple minutes talking to them while holding the items we wanted to purchase. Overall she had no knowledge on the products, was unfriendly and led to a poor customer experience. But seriously, don't run away from another customer to hunt a 45 year olds ID down. |
