| I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was sold product that was clearly bad — dry, ineffective, and absolutely not what I paid for. When I tried to address the issue, instead of taking any responsibility, the staff brushed me off and acted like it wasn't their problem. They were quick to take my money but completely unwilling to make things right.
To make matters worse, the supervisor I spoke with was unbelievably unhelpful and came across as completely unqualified for her position. Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue, she was dismissive and defensive — exactly the opposite of what good customer service should be.
It's unacceptable for a business to operate this way. When customers spend their hard-earned money, they deserve respect, accountability, and at the very least, basic professionalism. I won't be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before spending their money here. |
