| I've had several disappointing experiences at this store, mostly due to one staff member who is consistently unprofessional and rude. The Native girl who works there has no sense of customer service — she's abrasive, dismissive, and lacks product knowledge. She's sold me the wrong product before, and when I tried to politely point it out, she responded with nothing but attitude.
There's no friendly greeting when you walk in, just a cold "Can I see your ID?" — no "hello," no "how are you," nothing that makes customers feel welcome. It's unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming here, but her behavior completely ruins the experience. This location seriously needs to address customer service training. |
