Generally very nice helpful staff. The staff are willing to.help with queation and take time to explain things. However some of the newer staff do.seem.to.need some more customer.service training. Was very surprised at how.dismissive and short the staff were with me on the last visit or two. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.
