| This shop has potential, and I usually enjoy visiting this dispensary, but the new employee needs more training in customer service. I was denied service simply for being on the phone with my girlfriend about my own product at home (and I've made purchases here before under the exact same circumstances without an issue). The situation was also handled poorly by the supervisor on duty. Unfortunately, this isn't the first negative interaction I've had with this new employee. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to improve customer service going forward. |
