| Came in with a faulty battery, asked to test if it's a battery problem or a cart problem, manager refused to test the cart on another battery and said 99% it's just that my battery needs to be cleaned. Well it's cleaned and still not working. I really think it's reasonable for me to ask to test my cart. Now I'm home and nothing's wirking |
