One of the best retail customer service experiences I've had in Canada tbh. Got a chance to meet the owner alongside Caroline on the front lines. Between the pair their product knowledge and experience in the culture made shopping for my girlfriend & I a seamless transaction that felt as chill as a post shift wind-down should be.
