| I have been going to BnS since I was 16 (so 13 years) at the location in Vista, but have also frequently visited the SAIT and South locations. But this year has been the WORST for service, as well as staff.
- They quote prices that are incorrect (example 25$ for a 10$ glass 9mm downspout) when asking over the phone AND in store.
- Get quite when asking questions like "why is a 9mm bowl and down spout the same price as a brand new bong with bowl and down spout"
-Are very reluctant when asking if they can check to see if their other locations have stock, then only check stock and not the price asking you to "go down to the location for the price"
Just need to step your game up BnS...not a happy smoker atm |
