| I came in 15 min before closing and asked for a disposable pen, the lady in a rush grabs me a pen cart, after I've reached home and realized what happened, I gave a call back for her to try her best to get me off the phone asap, realizing she was not going to help, I asked her to leave a note for the morning shift the next day, the morning shift did not receive a note and said they would do an investigation(which odds are she's just gonna cap saying I asked for what I got). Now I'm left with a pen cart I don't want! Would be great if they offered some sort of help at all. From my understanding, seems like the short girl with braces during the last 15 min of their opening hours usually comes with a bad experience. |
