| I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. There's a female employee at this store who makes both my boyfriend and me really uncomfortable. She's overly familiar with him. knows his name and phone number by memory, and always directs conversation only to him, never making eye contact or acknowledging me. Even when another staff member is helping us, she'll interrupt to say things like "this is what he likes," which feels invasive and inappropriate. It's crossed into creepy territory and has made us both hesitant to come back. I hope management addresses this kind of unprofessional behavior because it really affects the customer experience. |
