| Usually I like my experiences at Canna Cabana stores, but not this past Sunday at the Blackfalds location sadly.
I came into the store early afternoon, and there were a lot of customers. I thought the poor employee running off her feet helping everyone was all alone so I was being patient. However what really upset me was there was a 2nd employee, but she decided to appear after the rush was pretty much over, and when she did come out she didn't even help any remaining customers.... It was very unprofessional, and it made the wait a lot longer then it needed to be. I was hesitant to post this, but the experience was frustrating enough that I felt it necessary to leave this review. |
