Amazing vaporizer. I have used them for years with no issues. Recently I had a vape pen break, as things tend to do, and Pulsar did not hesitate to honor the warranty. I feel nearly every company lacks customer service and don't particularly care anymore. Pulsar is no doubt an exception to that. High-ly recommend!! 10 out of 10 tell a friend
