| made an online order for pickup on August 29th 2025. drove over a half hour to get to the store only to find out that they took my money but dont have the product ive paid for. there was no offer to help make me happy with another product, i was just told there was nothing they could do for me. the assistant manager told me it would take 2-5 business days for my money to be refunded, and as of right now (September 14th 2025) i have still not received my refund. i was also told several times that i would be getting a call back to tell me what is going on, which never happens.
