| What can I say. This store doesn't even deserve a star. As an elite member, you are sure treated like the opposite. Today Sunday Sept 07. I placed an online order at 845am , stating that it should arrive at my house for 11-2. After 2 pm I phoned the store, to find out some answers about my delivery. The staff at that store advised me that the customers in the store is our first priority and not picking up the phone even after phoning the store for over 19 times just to find out where my delivery went and they could not have a answer but to say I hope it to be delivered today. Appropriate 345 I'm still waiting for my delivery I phoned again just for a guy to pick up the phone by the name of (Chad ) and he then had the decency to tell me that I was rude and not have to tell me his name and hang up the phone on me 2 times before I had a chance to ask him another question. Mr Chad you need to learn what is customer service when dealing with a customer. And never hang up the phone on them unless you want to stir up trouble. I wasted the whole day today to wait for them. Their phone manors needs to be the same as in store not different. We to are customers as I have purchased numerous items from this company many times but lately my value as an elite member does not seem like it. It is now 425 and yet to receive my order. Far cry from delivery time 11-2. |
