| During my visit, I observed concerning behavior from a cashier named Alex. While assisting a customer who clearly needed additional time and support, Alex was noticeably rude and dismissive. After the customer left, Alex proceeded to make fun of them in front of other customers, which I found highly unprofessional. When it was my turn to order, Alex immediately demanded identification before even allowing me to speak, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. |
