| Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Dude acted like he didn't even want to be there. I asked him a few basic questions about few products and his response was literally, "I don't know." No effort, no interest, just straight-up rude. If you hate your job that much, maybe don't take it out on customers who are there to actually spend money. This kind of attitude makes people not want to come back. Plantlife should really think about who they put at the front, because William definitely isn't it. |
