| I've been a regular at Oz Store for a while and generally really like the place — good selection, competitive prices, and usually a smooth experience.
That said, one thing has been consistently frustrating: they're one of the few stores in the city that show THC ranges (e.g., 20–30%) instead of the exact THC percentage. It makes it harder to know what I'm actually buying, especially when a 10% difference can be significant for some people.
On top of that, it feels a bit awkward when you ask staff for products within a specific THC range — they often seem bothered since they have to go check. I get that it might be a hassle, but most other shops have updated their systems so customers (and staff) don't have to deal with this.
I've loved coming here, but if they're too reluctant to update THC info like other places, I might start shopping elsewhere — not because the store is bad, but because I'd rather have clear info and not feel like I'm inconveniencing anyone. |
