| Thought i'd give them a try. Customer service was alright and selection is ok. Not a great variety of brands. Then i heard it is ran by the same owners of Moonrock down the street. Unfortunately knowing the association, they've declined refunds when my flower has been dry and moldy claiming it was a "licensed producer issue". What am i as a customer supposed to do when the store is in contact with them. Way too many options around to be providing bad services. Prices are also confusing with the member pricing, if u don't give ur info, ur paying sky rocket prices. no thanks |
