| I've been sitting a few days on whether or not to make this review. Although I've been coming to this store almost daily for a year. The ONLY person I've run into issues with and more importantly my fiance has run into issues with. Madi. Very rude, short tempered and quite literally threw my fiances ids back at him and kicked him out of the store last week (Saturday) for reasons only she knows. If it was only once, then fine we all have bad days! But this is a reoccurring situation where we are met with arrogance and ignorance for whatever reason.
I'd assume your company would take these reviews seriously... and I hope it's dealt with accordingly. Everyone else is an absolute dream to be served by and speak too, it's JUST Madi. And it's starting to feel very personal. |
