Never enough staff, and they have to spend way too much time running around the display cases fetching product while a long line of customers waits. Just put the menu on a board and keep the inventory behind the counter. And what's the point of offering online order if I have to wait in line for a half hour while people are browsing in front of me? Hire more staff!
