| I had a really disappointing experience with Green Market Cannabis. I bought a 4-pack of pre-rolls, and when I got home and tried to smoke them, I realized there was a serious issue with the roll — I couldn't get a proper draw at all. I gave them another chance and bought again later, but unfortunately ran into the exact same problem.
When I reported this to the store, I expected at least a refund, exchange, or some kind of promotional product as a gesture of good customer service. Instead, nothing was offered. For a place that should care about product quality and customer satisfaction, this was very frustrating.
The prices might be okay, but if the product doesn't work as intended and the customer service doesn't step up to fix it, it's really not worth it. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. 👎 |
