Pulsar products are great and I have been happy with my purchases over the years. Their customer service is above and beyond amazing. I recently had to replace a part for a discontinued vaporizer and had the hardest time finding it for sale anywhere, including Pulsar's website. I reached out to customer service and they graciously got it resolved so quickly. I worked with Jess, who was phenomenal. The response time on communication as well as the solution was so prompt. Great products and amazing service, I will be a customer for life.
