But I felt the employees were not trained, specially the lady She needs to work on her listening and engagement. She likes yapping unnecessary. She's the one who created confusion. They miss judged me that I was there for REFUND but actually I was there for UPGRADE. Of course I would be expecting a bit of negotiation but under the circumstances. I was expecting proper guidance and right product which suits me. But instead of that they guys start playing with emotion.
