Used to be great but has unfortunately gone downhill since going corporate. Only giving 2 stars because of weed momma, she's a pure gem. Main problem is that I keep getting sub-par product and I can't keep getting burned. Today they knowingly sold me an $85 oz of pure garbage bud and this is my final straw. This stuff is so dark and brittle I could've sworn it was rotting in the bag. Nose smell literally made me want to puke. When I went to show the staff they told me other customers had complained and they've "smoked worse" and "it's only $85" as if that justifies charging me $85 for what is worth $20/oz AT MOST. Could've said something like: "hey we've gotten many complaints about this batch, this may not be up to your standard even at the price point." then I could make a decision on something else to buy. But now you've pissed off a 4 year long customer and I'll likely never shop here again. Could've saved myself $35 buying an oz off the black market thats AT LEAST green and doesn't make me want to puke with each toke.
