I'm a regular customer at Clarity Cannabis, but I had a really disappointing experience on my last visit. I bought a vape on August 6th that turned out to be defective and leaked all over my bag. After returning to the city I went back to the store with my receipt, the employee, Emma, was incredibly rude and condescending. Her tone was aggressive, and she wouldn't exchange the vape or even recommend a different product. She also refused to give me the manager's business card. She's happily helped me in the past when I've come in to purchase, but this time, which was the first time I've come in with a defective product, she was extremely rude.
I can't help but wonder if I was treated this way because of my darker skin tone or younger appearance. I'm really disappointed with the customer service and won't be back. I believe that all customers should be treated fairly and equally despite their appearance.
The management of this store should really look into customer service and ethics training for the staff at this store. People working at the store represent the brand and should behave as such. |
