| The tender with short blonde hair and glasses left an awful impression on me and my sisters. We entered and were completely ignored because she was chatting with one of the customers for an extended period of time. I understand customer service, but she did not look or even acknowledge us as she proceeded to talk casually to someone after she cashed them out. Mind you we're the only ones in the store.
I got tired of waiting and was dealing with a massive headache so I went back to the car. When she finally served my sisters, she wouldn't sell it to them because I was "running away and hiding" when I left. That was NOT the case; I calmly walked back to the car because she was taking long to serve us. I came back to show her my IDs and that I'm well past legal age so they could buy it. She wrongfully mischaracterized judged me — yes it's important to be safe, but the fact that she blantantly lied about the story left a foul taste in our mouth.
Safe to say I won't be back at this location even if it's the most convenient for me. |
