| Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff.
I've never left a negative review before, but my experience at the True North Cannabis location in Port Colborne tonight was beyond unacceptable. The employees were blatantly making jokes at my expense, whispering and pointing at me like I wouldn't notice. I distinctly heard a blonde female employee with split ends calling me names — which is not only childish but straight-up disgusting behavior for someone representing a business.
If this is how your team treats paying customers, then you seriously need to rethink your hiring and training process. No one walks into a store expecting to be humiliated or mocked by staff — especially not in a professional retail environment. If I were the manager of this location, I'd be questioning every single person who was on the floor tonight and holding them accountable.
I won't be coming back, and I'll be warning others too. Do better |
