| Worst experience in any sort of retail location, and I've counted inventory!!
Super happy to take my business elsewhere in sylvan,
As soon as you enter your greeted with the most unprofessional and toxic culture imagined. Sold us old shatter that had been sitting in the store for 5-6 months, when we brought it back, would not exchange or even apologize for selling defect product. And we were warned by other people in town. Guess we are taking word of mouth over giving a business a chance.
Came around the counter threatening and telling us to buy the store if we had problem with it. As I left yelled that if we were to put up a bad review he would just post back. Complete child!
Literally on the phone with the BBB of canada, how they got a customer base in this town is beyond me, unless it's all tourists and/or friends who don't know any better. |
