Just in this store and the employee holly is not informed well on rules . I was a looking customer and my husband the buying customer . Explain to me why that young girl demanded to see my id as well as my husbands . I told her I'm no buying she don't need my id . SHE ONLY ASKED FOR IT WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY. I spent 15 mins looking around and she didn't ask than. She Only need my husbands as HE was the only one BUYING ! She told us we would have to leave she can't sell it without both us having ids . That is not the law and she needs to know that ! I spent 200 bucks in there. after she went for another employee , that didn't need to be called out , she did it out of spite because she knew she was wrong . Time to find a new weed store where employees are trained according. You don't toss 2 customers out for not giving you both ids when only one person is buying . Anyway gave her my id and I'm still waiting for an answer as to why. IF IM NOT BUYING WEED YOU DO NOT NEED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION .THAT IS THE LAW !what if I wasn't there she would of sold it to my husband with just his id - OBVIOUSLY Never ever had this issue in the goulds location ! Ever! I've been in the goulds location 100 s of times and they are kind and well knowledged in law . Never once did they demand two ids for one person's purchase.
