There is an older woman working there who seemed quite unhappy and unwelcoming. I noticed she treated the customer in front of me with respect and a smile, but when it was my turn, her attitude completely changed — she became rude and dismissive. I was shocked to learn she's the manager. I believe Value Buds should consider providing her with proper training on how to treat all customers with equal respect and professionalism.
