| I arrived to the place 1 min before 10:55, so at 10:54, the doors were still open actually another customer followed behind me so he declined two money transactions because he claimed to be closing at 10:55 and it was a minute before and i asked if he could please take us as we already knew what we wanted and had cash ready we did not need to shop and he proceeded to listen to music and i had to knock again and he just responded saying sorry we're closed. Thats horrible customer service and work ethic, not only did he lose to money transactions but made a really bad look for the store itself by closing earlier and not taking the business, i actually ubered from home to get there and I didn't even get to purchase anything. Someone should consider this man that was working, rude ignorant and inconsiderable to customers. Not a good look will never think to put money in their pockets again and i come often cause its my closest dispensary. |
