| I usually love going to any weed store because the staff are so chill. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've ever been disappointed by a dispensary's customer service.
My boyfriend and I visited twice (haha) — the first time was August 15th evening. The woman at the counter, who had lash extensions or fake lashes and dyed hair. From what I saw, sighed at my boyfriend while we were checking out simply because he speaks a little more slowly. She did this right in front of both of us, which felt very disrespectful.
She also scolded people standing at the front entrance, saying they couldn't be there because she needed to keep an eye on that area at all times (which is understandable). However, the way she said it came off as unnecessarily rude, in my opinion.
My boyfriend went back again today (August 25th, in the evening), and once again she was rude and dismissive — to the point that he didn't even want to ask the questions he had planned to.
I would kindly suggest asking this staff member to improve her attitude. If it had only happened once, I would have assumed she was just having a bad day. But experiencing this twice makes it feel like more than just a coincidence. |
