The store itself is quite nice with a great selection of products and the way that they are displayed is terrific. The guy helping me with my purchase was rude, condescending, and abrasive. He was short in his responses annoyed and impatient that he had to help me, as if bothered that he had to assist me. I asked him for a certain product and he recommended one that contained elements different than what I asked for. I only realized this after I've made the purchase. The product was unopened (this is at the point of sale and I hadn't even collected the products off the counter to take them out of the store ) He said I couldn't return it or exchange it. I explained to him that it's unreasonable that I bought something that wasn't what I asked for based on his recommendation that he couldn't do anything, then after asking him several times to make it right, he grabbed another product but then asked me very rudely "are you sure?" He repeated this three times. He then made a mockery of me in front of the other customers in the store by pointing the product towards them and saying "did you hear that?" He did this towards the two customers behind me. This was rude and degrading. This type of arrogance and behaviour is not OK. I hope management can make sure this doesn't happen to someone else in the future.
