| I had an extremely disappointing and offensive experience at Plantlife Cannabis today. The staff member who attended me was blatantly racist, giving me constant side eyes and questioning the validity of my government-issued ID. When I calmly asked why he thought it was fake, his response was, "because of the way you look," which was not only disrespectful but outright discriminatory. This level of racial profiling is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business. The staff here needs urgent training on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism, regardless of their appearance. |
