| I cannot believe I am writing this review. I have been spending a couple hundred of dollars a month here for the last 18 months, all on delivery. All was fine up until now.
I have a daycare across the street. When it's open, I normally request that they park a bit away from it (because they have a giant weed car) to respect the children playing outside, and to give me a call so I know they are there. Up until today I would normally run out to meet them because I felt bad about making them walk after asking them to park farther.
After placing my order today, I got a call from the manager, stating that their head office now requires them to delivery to the property of the order placed. I said sure no problem, if they want to park down the street still and give me a call (because there are children playing outside my house) that they are more than welcome to walk onto my property and ill meet them at the entrance.
When my delivery got there, I waited for the call. I didn't get one, and because I was in the middle of something and only had a minute, I went outside from my basement suite entrance (because i don't have access to the upper entrance). When I went outside, I saw the car parked directly infront of my house, infront of plain view of the daycare with children, and no driver in the seat.
So I went around to the other entrance, and the delivery person was at the door. They asked if i was who i was and i said yes, and started walking towards them. as i start w .. |
