‼️ They are not a good Employer ‼️ Their Harvest Manager known as IVy Pathak is the worst one amongst all. She doesn't respect any worker and threatens workers all the time to perform over the target or loose their jobs. There are people working under utmost pressure just to keep the job to survive. Management needs to step in to protect their workers or else this place is going to be a nightmare pretty soon for employees. Every employee has the right to speak and to be respected at their workplace but people like IVy are making them loose their voice and self respect by threatening them. My advice is not to join this company because you will loose your self respect and come home harassed and disappointed. Find yourself a better place to earn and have work life balance.
