| I find it quite unprofessional and disappointing that after spending $120, I was asked to pay $0.35 for a tiny paper bag that didn't even fit my purchase properly. What's more concerning is the design of the bag — it's flashy and cannabis-themed, making it highly visible to children and normalizing cannabis in a careless way. As a business in this industry, I believe you have a responsibility to be more mindful, especially regarding the impression left on the younger generation. Small gestures like offering a discreet, functional bag would go a long way in showing customer respect and social awareness.
The Management should adjust this and don't make profit out of it. |
