Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I've dealt with 3 employees over the span of the month of me going to this location since I've moved around this area and the 2 employees (one female mixed skin tone other bigger white dude) wish I knew their names they were very nice and helpful Last employee (red haired transgender lady into a man with a terrible fake beard and eerie high pitch voice) I had to deal with just disappointed me and upset me. Said my Ontario photo ID wasnt valid or real and didn't even give a valid reason. Just pointed at the date and said it's fake aswell as gave me terrible attitude and looking at me like the THING was angry. P.S. I've never have had to show my ID to either of the first 2 employees EVER even when having my ID in hand just a warm welcome and asked what I would love to shop for. went there consistently for 4 weeks since I moved bought plenty of items spent around 300$ already.
