| Terrible experience. I purchased the Deep Value 2-pack of pre-rolls, and one of them was completely ruined and unsmokable. I went back into the store literally two minutes after buying it, and the staff refused to exchange or refund it—claiming they couldn't do anything since the package was "opened." No accountability, no solution, just attitude. Other dispensaries like Canna stand behind their products and fix mistakes—clearly not the case here. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. |
