| My visit to Value Buds in Varsity on July 17th, around 6:30-6:45 PM, was incredibly frustrating. I waited patiently for ten minutes or more, only for a man to walk in, and the female working assisted him first, even though she clearly saw I was there before him.
What made it worse was that I noticed she had asked the people before me for their memberships. However, I had specifically chosen Value Buds because of a new membership I'd just acquired, but she didn't even ask me about it. It felt like she was rushing me out, probably because she knew I was upset about the line jumper.
It's truly disappointing when a basic line queue isn't honored, and the service feels dismissive. Coupled with a terrible selection of products, this experience means I won't be returning to this location. Furthermore, this incident makes me question whether I'll visit any other Value Buds locations in the future. |
