| This specific store is my go to because I always get a consistent, high quality experience no matter who is serving me. I am a fairly demanding customer as I have so many questions every time and they have never let me down, in fact they always exceed my expectations for customer service in monumental ways. Multiple times they have gone above and beyond to spend time with me helping me find the right product for my needs. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and cannabis culture in general, and very passionate about serving their customers well. I have only had extremely positive experiences at this location. I'm not sure what their hiring process is but they've somehow figured out how to hire only the most incredible employees that ive come in the industry so far. I dont usually write online reviews but they have just delivered such exceptional service to me consistently that I feel so compelled to share my appreciation for this location. |
