Before I even got through the door, a girl with tattoos all over her face, clearly an employee, was sitting out front vaping and chatting with her coworkers. When I walked in, it felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, like they were more interested in hanging out than helping customers. The whole vibe made me turn around and leave without buying anything. |
