| We called the store to say we were 7 minutes away (they close at 9) and that we would be there a minute before 9 and if they would still serve us, the guy working said yes and we expressed gratitude and he just hung up on us, and we thought that was rude. When we went in it was a minute before 9, he asked us what we wanted and in the moment I forgot and went to quickly call my husband because he knows what I like, the man started to get annoyed and rolled his eyes and said he just wants to get home to see his kids. I made a rush decision and let him decide what I should get as I felt like an annoyance and the eye roll and rudeness made me feel very uncomfortable. I was with my sister and she couldn't believe how rude it was. I definitely will not be going back to this location, horrible customer service. |
