**Unprofessional Treatment at Port Hawkesbury NSLC Cannabis Counter**
I recently had a frustrating and disappointing experience with the new manager at the Port Hawkesbury NSLC location. I returned with a Choco Potluck vape that I had opened and used once before putting it away in a drawer. After coming back to it weeks (maybe a couple of months) later, it wouldn't draw at all — it was still basically full but clearly defective.
I explained the situation honestly, saying I wasn't exactly sure how long it had been — maybe weeks, maybe longer — because I rotate between vapes and don't use them heavily. Instead of offering any kind of support or solution, the manager flat-out called me a liar and dismissed my concerns because the purchase was "too long ago" (from March).
Apparently, according to him, if you don't use your cannabis product quickly enough, and something goes wrong with it, it's your own fault. So now NSLC staff get to judge how often customers should consume? That's both unprofessional and insulting.
No one expects a replacement for something old and heavily used — but when a nearly full product stops working entirely, some respect and reasonable customer service shouldn't be too much to ask. If this is how the new manager handles concerns, it reflects very poorly on NSLC as a whole |
