| Update: just based off the response given from the owner, it goes to show how unprofessional this establishment is. How disappointing.
Have been coming here for awhile now.
Recently their has been a drastic change in staff, and the new hires seem to not know how to do their job. They are making me pay for products before they even bring me the item, know very little about product knowledge, and the environment has shifted. It feels very negative to walk into the store and honestly you can find better prices AND service at Canna Cabana compared to here. I am happy to see it is not just me who has been noticing this change recently.
It used to not just be about the money, the service used to be amazing and the atmosphere was more diverse. However majority of all old employees seem to not be there anymore and it makes you wonder why.
I can for sure say I no longer will be coming here anymore and there are many other stores to go to besides here that can serve me with more respect.
Also the husky dog that is always there seems to look depressed, hot and tired all the time, any customer seeing him would feel bad. |
