| I'm really disappointed in their service.
Just leaving the store right now, the white girl with cntrl tattoo, was rude. Didn't like the way she spoke to us, had a poor attitude while speaking and asking for ID.
I've been coming here from 3 years. And their new staff isn't up to the mark for the service industry.
It's like being a loyal customer doesn't mean anything. The staff comes and goes but it's the customers that stay.
Last time I came in from a different place, didn't have my ID. The girl who has served me for months and numerous times, refused my entry. She knew me but I guess that doesn't mean anything. Meanwhile ive seen a few people being served without their ID because they knew them. So, biased much ? Or what is it?
Hate their service now, absolutely garbage.
