| Just as I was getting out of my car, I saw a girl walking in with no problem. But right after her, another customer tried to enter and that's when it got weird.
One of the staff members, rushed to the door and slammed it right in his face. Told him they were "closed" in a rude, condescending tone even though it clearly wasn't 11 yet. The guy looked shocked, and honestly, I was too. She pushed the door back like he was doing something wrong just for trying to come in during posted business hours.
I didn't even bother trying to go in after seeing that. If this is how they treat customers before closing, I can only imagine what the service is like the rest of the day. That kind of attitude is a quick way to lose business. I turned around and left and won't be coming back |
