I've been a regular customer at this store, but I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the manager, April Petrie. Despite being a daily customer, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior that clearly shows a lack of basic customer service skills.
Managers should set an example, not drive loyal customers away. Unfortunately, April Petrie's attitude is a major loss for this store and reflects poorly on the entire team. I hope proper training is provided so future customers don't have the same experience. |
