The staff member was on a personal call when I walked in and tried to assist me while still on his cellphone, "hey buddy what do you need?" I asked for the strain and amount that was listed on the site and they didn't have it. I asked for something else on the site I saw, they didn't have it.
He tried to upsell me from a 1g pre-roll I was looking for, into 7gs of flower of a completely different strain and company saying how it's way better than what I'm looking for. Never acknowledging the issue of their online catalogue not being reflective of what they had in store. I asked if they had a 1g pre-roll for the thing he was trying to sell me, he said yes, then couldn't find it. Texted his boss, then said they didn't.
He never got off his personal call for the entirety of the time I was there. |
